lndustrial Maintenance Mechanic

We are Iooking for an experienced, dependable lndustrial Maintenance Mechanic to join

our manufacturing operation in the Springfield/Chicopee area.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and fixing equipment

and can work independently. You'll be responsible for keeping our production equipment

running safely and minimizing downtime.

Responsibilities

. Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment

. Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections

. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical problems

. Repair or replace motors, bearings, pumps and other components

. Perform basic welding and fabrication as needed

. Read schematics and equipment manuals

. Help identify and prevent recurring equipment problems

What we re looking for

. 3+ years of industrial/mechanical maintenance experience preferred

. Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability

. Experience with hydraulics and electrical systems

. Welding experience preferred

. Dependable, safety-conscious and able to work independently

. PLC experience is a plus, but not required

. Ability to take direction, follow through and complete tasks based on business need.
