Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active or eligible West Virginia SLP license
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFY) also welcome
Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly desired
Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and data-driven interventions
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for K-12 students
Design and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with educational goals
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student progress
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
Deliver direct and consultative services across various school buildings
Maintain timely and accurate records as required by state and district standards
