The Details
- Manage all operational aspects of the store including P and L, labor, budget, cleaning, ordering, inventory, product quality
- Manage a staff of 15-25 employees
- Build the brand in the community using local store marketing techniques
- Increase sales
- Provide all guests with five star service

Pay & Benefits
- Range starting at $46,000 and up based on experience
- Performance-based bonus, based on achievement of key objectives and other eligibility criteria
- Up to 15 days of PAID TIME OFF
- Closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
- Flexible schedule
The Physical
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to walk around small spaces, bend, stoop, kneel and lift overhead
- Must be able to work on your feet for 8 - 10 hour shifts
- Must be able to work a schedule in excess of 45 hours per week including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
