We are seeking a Senior Associate Personal Injury Attorney with 4 to 7 years of experience to join a growing litigation team. This role centers on managing a diverse caseload of personal injury matters, including labor law, premises liability, and motor vehicle accident cases. The ideal candidate handles cases confidently from intake through resolution and thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment. This full-time position requires in-office presence Monday through Friday in the Financial District of Manhattan.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury caseload including labor law, premises liability, and motor vehicle accident cases
• Handle cases from initial intake through settlement, arbitration, or trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal correspondence
• Conduct depositions, court appearances, and mediations
• Provide clients with case updates and legal guidance
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with paralegals, support staff, and attorneys to ensure efficient case management

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to and in good standing with the New York State Bar
• 4 to 7 years of personal injury litigation experience
• Experience with labor law, premises liability, and motor vehicle accident cases
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
