Our client is seeking a mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Seattle-based litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes commercial disputes in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation
- Conduct advanced legal research and draft motions, briefs, and memoranda
- Assist with case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients on challenging matters
- Develop strong advocacy and analytical skills through hands-on experience
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of commercial litigation experience
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Strong academic credentials (law review experience preferred)
- Prior judicial clerkship experience is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional judgment
