Windows Networking

Microsoft Cloud Concepts

• 2-4 years of LAN / WAN experience

o Experience in installation, configuration and integration of Network switches , routers , firewalls, Access points ( Cisco ecosystem)

o Willing to work onsite and perform installation and cable management work

o Willing to work with height as some devices may require work on ladder.

o Willing to work in night shift as per outage window availability

• Self-motivated and the ability to work independently.

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Excellent customer service orientation

• Ability to solve advanced problems and troubleshoot complex issues

• Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

• SCCM

• Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016

• Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls

• Remote field connectivity (VPN: RSA SecurID and Cisco AnyConnect Client)
