Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and safety of equipment within a clean and organized manufacturing environment. You will follow safety guidelines, meet OSHA requirements, and perform tasks related to equipment maintenance, sanitation, and quality assurance. Your role will involve minimizing product loss and promoting open communication with team members.
This is a permanent direct hire position
Shift: 2-2-3 schedule 5pm-5am
Pay Rate: $32-$37.77/hour based on skills and experience

Responsibilities
- Follow Safety Guidelines and meet OSHA safety requirements.
- Minimize product loss.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Perform maintenance on equipment and conduct basic quality assurance functions.
- Adjust equipment and production machines, change small parts as needed.
- Change motors and pump heads as necessary.
- Monitor, inspect, and maintain ammonia and compressed air systems.
- Monitor, inspect, and maintain boilers for high-pressure steam.
- Complete preventative maintenance on all equipment/machines as required per schedule.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with electronics, maintenance, HVAC, welding, and energy systems.
- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and perform troubleshooting.
- Mechanic skills.
- Completion of Ramsay Testing and 'hands-on testing' is required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $68432.00 - $78561.00/yr.
