What You’ll Do:

• Perform expert-level diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles

• Conduct thorough inspections and recommend necessary services and repairs

• Communicate clearly with customers and team members

• Ensure all work is completed accurately, safely, and on time

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Uphold our shop’s reputation for excellence, honesty, and integrity

• Participate in quality control for other technicians' work

• Stay current on the latest automotive technology and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of professional experience as an Automotive Repair Technician

• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and insurability under shop policy

• ASE certifications preferred (but not required)

• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair software

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks related to vehicle service

• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

• A team player with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
