Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving HVAC and climate control equipment
- Support deliveries, installations, and equipment setup at customer sites
- Help technicians with basic mechanical tasks and troubleshooting
- Use hand tools and assist with equipment preparation
- Follow work orders and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, and moving equipment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
- Ability to work overtime when needed
Preferred (Not Required)
- Construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience
- Mechanical aptitude or interest in working with tools and equipment
- Automotive, maintenance, or repair experience
Work Environment
- Clean, organized facility and local customer job sites
- Monday–Friday, typically 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Overtime available during busy periods
- Limited weekend work
- Frequent lifting, moving, and hands-on work

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
