Job Title: Clinic Nurse – RN; LPN; MA; CNA

Reports To: Clinic Director

Minneola Healthcare is seeking a compassionate, adaptable, and patient-focused healthcare professional to join our team as a Float Clinic Nurse. This position will provide coverage and support across our clinic locations, ensuring continuity of care and excellent patient service. Qualified candidates may hold credentials as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Medical Assistant (MA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

The clinic nurse will be responsible for delivering direct patient care, assisting with clinical procedures, and supporting the healthcare team in various capacities. This role requires a compassionate, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a clinical setting and a passion for serving patients, flexible, enjoys variety in their work environment, and is committed to delivering high-quality care in rural communities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Float between assigned clinic locations based on staffing and patient care needs.
• Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
• Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and patient information.
• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments within scope of practice.
• Perform clinical and administrative duties including charting in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Coordinate patient care, referrals, and follow-up appointments.
• Provide patient education regarding medications, treatments, and wellness initiatives.
• Maintain exam rooms, medical supplies, and equipment.
• Follow all infection control, safety, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Support a positive patient experience and effective clinic operations.
