Qualifications and Skills:
- Hold a valid Pennsylvania-certified School Psychologist credential
- Previous experience with high school-aged students is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of psychological evaluations, crisis intervention, and individualized education planning (IEP)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Capable of working independently at one school site, managing a robust caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational assessments for high school students
- Consult with teachers and parents to tailor learning and behavioral strategies
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Provide individual and group counseling as needed
- Support crisis intervention and referrals for additional services
- Maintain thorough and confidential documentation
