Join Our Grand Opening Team!
Tri-Point Trading Ace Hardware is opening a new 8,100 sq. ft. retail store in Metamora and is hiring Sales/Department Associates to help customers find the right products and solutions for their projects.
Position Overview
Department Associates support customers throughout the store, maintain product displays, and help keep the store organized, stocked, and ready for success — especially during our grand opening.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and project solutions
- Work in departments such as hardware, paint, lawn & garden, or seasonal
- Stock shelves and maintain clean, organized displays
- Assist with receiving and merchandising inventory
- Support store goals and a positive team environment
Ideal Candidate
- Customer-focused and dependable
- Enjoys hands-on, active work
- Willing to learn new products and skills
- Retail or hardware experience is a plus, not required
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
