The individual will be working with Executives, Directors, and Accountants of Fortune 500 companies across the world, in addition to well-known non-profit organizations across the country and right here in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:

Implementation Specialists play a crucial role in the successful adoption and utilization of the Anybill service for new and existing clients. The position bridges our solution and the client’s needs, ensuring that services are configured, deployed, and functioning according to specifications. Their work involves a blend of project management and client communication, aiming to deliver a smooth transition and enable clients to maximize the benefit of new technologies/processes. The introductory role of the position primarily focused on gaining a deeper understanding of the Anybill service and the implementation process, assisting to onboard new clients onto the Anybill platform, being involved in the foundational stages of projects, and supporting senior team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Associate’s degree in business, finance, or communication preferred
  • Excellent Written/Verbal Communication & Interpersonal skills
  • Time Management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Experience in an office/corporate setting
  • Proven Experience in Problem-Solving and Reliability
  • Analytical Thinker
  • Good Typing Speed (50-60 WPM)
