Large Commercial Electrical Contractor seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager who can direct and supervise all aspects of commercial projects from start to completion.

• Manages entire project scope of work ensuring technical feasibility. Develops contract budget from bid documents to ensure accuracy of bid and to identify any errors or omissions.
• Reviews and monitors contract documents and budget to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for timely execution of Projects.
• Responsible for estimating and billing change orders for additional work.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the life of the project.
• Review and coordinate equipment and shop drawings. Prepare RFI's. Coordinates and purchases all required equipment.
• Responsible for ensuring Job safety policy and OSHA mandated requirements.

• Ensures that all required project closeout documentation is completed per project requirements.
• Prepare monthly AIA payment requisitions.

Requirements:

• Five (5) plus years’ experience in estimating commercial and residential electrical construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience in electrical power, lighting in areas of residential and commercial construction.
• Must have experience with Accubid, Revu(Bluebeam), Live Count, Procore & efficient with Microsoft office products.
• Must demonstrate ability to effectively organize and manage multiple projects, and work with minimal supervision;
