Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our law firm in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients who have been injured due to negligence or wrongdoing.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee a caseload of personal injury claims, including car accidents, slip and falls, workplace injuries, and wrongful death cases.

Conduct thorough case investigations and gather relevant evidence.

Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.

Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.

Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.

Provide clear and timely communication to clients regarding case status and legal options.

Collaborate with medical professionals, accident reconstruction experts, and other specialists as needed.

Maintain detailed case records and comply with all legal and ethical requirements.

Stay updated on changes in personal injury laws and court rulings relevant to Texas.
Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Texas State Bar and in good standing.

Minimum of 3 years' experience practicing personal injury law (preferably in Fort Worth or the Dallas-Fort Worth area).

Strong litigation and negotiation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle a high volume of cases efficiently.

Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.
Preferred:

Board certification in Personal Injury Trial Law (a plus).

Experience with complex personal injury cases, including catastrophic injuries and wrongful death.

Familiarity with local courts and judges in Fort Worth.
