We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Lathrop, California. In this role, you will provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, software, and peripherals. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in troubleshooting, hardware installation, and user training.
Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt and effective support by diagnosing and resolving issues with computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Install and configure hardware components, including servers, personal computers, modems, and other devices.
• Monitor system performance, identify and address operational issues, and conduct regular preventive maintenance such as backups and equipment cleaning.
• Train users on the proper use of computer systems, software applications, and web-based technologies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of all computer hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment.
• Cisco Switch configuration (Must have)
• Analyze and address spyware logs to ensure a secure and efficient computing environment.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including advancements in hardware, software, and help desk systems, to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with relevant groups and attend meetings to stay informed about industry trends.
• Provide administrative support for computing systems as needed.
• Perform additional technical tasks and responsibilities as required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
• Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft Windows 10.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on resolving hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems and processes.
• Knowledge of Cisco ASA Firewalls and Cisco Access Points.

• Ability to train and assist users effectively in utilizing computer systems and applications.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage inventory and document processes.
