Location: Various Client Locations (Transportation Required)
Pay Range: $20.00−$28.00 per hour (Experience-Based) + 100% Tips Retention

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform standard cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces).
- Execute deep cleaning tasks (grout scrubbing, appliance detailing, upholstery cleaning).
- Conduct move-out cleans (thorough post-occupancy cleaning, including walls, cabinets, and fixtures).
- Adhere to company SOPs and safety protocols.
- Communicate clearly with clients and supervisors.
- Respect client property and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year cleaning experience preferred (pay reflects experience).
- Reliable transportation (non-negotiable).
- Own cleaning equipment/supplies:
- Mop, vacuum, broom, duster, microfiber towels/rags.
- Surface-specific solutions (wood, tile, glass, etc.).
- Punctuality and commitment to scheduled shifts.
- Ability to pass a background check.
