Position Description
Lead end-to-end delivery, ensuring alignment with federal financial operations, compliance mandates, and stakeholder expectations. Responsible for managing cost, schedule, quality, and risk across all phases while acting as the primary interface with executive leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred). 18+ years of experience managing large-scale federal IT programs. PMP certification required; Agile/SAFe and ITIL certifications preferred.
Technical Skills
Extensive experience in federal financial systems (Oracle EBS preferred), program governance, Agile and SAFe methodologies, ITIL service management, AWS/cloud-hosted enterprise systems, risk management frameworks, and compliance (FISMA, FISCAM). Ability to manage multi-million-dollar programs and cross-functional teams.
