Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain trucks with gas and diesel engines in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues accurately and efficiently
- Document all repairs and services performed in accordance with dealership policies
- Communicate effectively with Advisors/Management regarding vehicle conditions and recommended services
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a truck technician, with proficiency in gas or diesel engine repair
- Valid certifications from Ford Motor Company preferred
- Strong knowledge of Ford vehicles and diagnostic systems is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
