Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a School Social Worker for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position begins as soon as possible and runs through June 2027, offering a chance to make a lasting impact across a vibrant educational community near Kingston, PA. With roles available serving K-4, K-2, and K-12 caseloads, you’ll collaborate closely with other dedicated professionals while helping students navigate the challenges they face, especially those with Emotional Support/Autism Support (ES/AS) needs.

Qualifications:
- Active license specifically as a School Social Worker (not general Social Worker licensure)
- Experience or strong interest in working within elementary and/or K-12 educational settings
- Confidence managing caseloads involving Emotional Support and Autism Support students
- Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with counseling, academic, and administrative staff
Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted social work services to K-4, K-2, or K-12 students, based on assignment
- Assess students’ needs and develop individualized support strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to implement interventions
- Support the social and emotional growth of students
- Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards
- Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and professional development
