Location: New York City, NY — Hybrid schedule with Monday through Thursday in the office and Fridays remote, providing both collaboration and flexibility.
Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in New York and have strong litigation experience handling matters in New York State courts. Attorneys with approximately 6+ years of directly relevant litigation experience may be considered if they demonstrate exceptional qualifications.

Job Description
- Manage sophisticated commercial and business litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Develop litigation strategy and independently manage an active caseload.
- Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, and other complex legal filings.
- Conduct depositions, oral arguments, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic legal guidance.
- Collaborate with partners on complex litigation strategy.
- Mentor junior attorneys and legal staff.
- Prepare cases for trial and actively participate in courtroom proceedings.
- Maintain exceptional client service while meeting demanding litigation deadlines.
Qualifications
- Active New York Bar license in good standing.
- 6+ years of commercial or civil litigation experience, preferably 7+ years.
- Extensive litigation experience in New York State courts.
- Strong legal writing, motion practice, and analytical skills.
- Experience independently handling depositions, hearings, and oral arguments.
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex litigation matters simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
