Join Our Team – Insurance Coverage Defense Attorney (Dallas)
Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig LLP – a nationally recognized, AV-rated civil litigation firm – is seeking a talented attorney to join our Dallas office in our Insurance Coverage Defense practice group. This dynamic team handles complex first-party property and third-party liability coverage matters at all stages, including pre-suit coverage analysis and litigation.

Ideal candidates will possess:
- Two to seven years of coverage experience who is eager to grow in a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment.
- Exceptional writing analytical and oral advocacy skills
- Strong time management and communication abilities
- A detail-oriented mindset
- A collaborative, team-first attitude
- The ability to manage multiple projects and respond to urgent matters effectively
- Experience handling first-party property coverage disputes, including, but not limited to, policy analysis, EUO’s, depositions, drafting of pleadings and motions, mediations
