<li>Track attendance, timekeeping, and productivity.</li>
<li>Maintain inventory and request supplies.</li>
<li>Respond to after-hours client requests and emergencies.</li>
<li>Enforce safety procedures and company policies.</li>

 Requirements
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>2+ years of janitorial or supervisory experience.</li>
<li>Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.</li>
<li>Good verbal and written communication skills.</li>
