LOCATIONS: Remote ( New York, Boston, Philadelphia)

Salary: $145,000

Pay Grade: 17

Job Summary

ESFM is seeking a Senior Strategic Project Manager. You will be responsible to creating and executing a communications/performance strategy. Leading and developing the change management strategy for developing and sustaining a cadence of communications/performance for a variety of audiences regarding contract performance and changes resulting from new operations.

  • Responsible for leading governance, procurement, safety, and compliance programs ensuring strategies are defined and deliverables are achieved.
  • Serves as main point of contact and administrator for processes to support site management and governance including change requests, investment project requests and escalations
  • Partners with account finance to identify cost savings opportunities and manage savings approval process
  • Responsible for creating and managing tools and technology programs to actively monitor and report site performance
  • Create standard for site level and business unit level reporting and support development of materials monthly, quarterly and annually
  • Partner with site teams and SMEs to create actions plans for areas where there are performance opportunities
  • Manage teams to ensure project activities are closed and communicated
  • Draft messages on behalf of the leadership team, leveraging strategic and tactical messages and, with input from leaders, incorporate relevant current issues.
