We are looking for a customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team! You are a natural people person who can quickly build rapport with guests & vendors while creating a welcoming atmosphere. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities, you rely on your excellent organization and communication skills to bring your best each day for yourself, restaurant staff, and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Processes purchases and returns.
- Effectively communicate on the telephone including taking accurate and detailed messages
- Helps customers select products, answers questions, and shares product knowledge.
- Assists with inventory, including receiving, pricing and stocking merchandise.
- Performs cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping counters and mirrors.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience
- Friendly and customer-focused personality
- Must be able to carry supplies (10-20 lbs.)
- Revel POS experience a plus but is not required.
