The Licensed Esthetician provides high-quality skincare and aesthetic treatments while actively contributing to practice growth through consultative sales and marketing support. This role combines hands-on clinical expertise with client relationship-building, brand representation, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

Esthetic Treatment Responsibilities

Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and other non-invasive aesthetic services (within scope of licensure)

• Conduct in-depth client consultations and skin analysis
• Develop personalized treatment plans and skincare recommendations
• Educate clients on services, products, and post-treatment care
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness, sanitation, and safety compliance
• Document treatments, progress, and client notes accurately

Sales Responsibilities

Recommend and sell skincare products, treatment packages, and memberships

• Convert consultations into booked treatments and long-term care plans
• Meet or exceed individual and clinic sales goals
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary services
• Process payments and maintain accurate retail inventory awareness
• Participate in promotions, specials, and client retention programs

Marketing & Brand Support

Support marketing initiatives including social media content, promotions, and events

• Create and share content such as before/after photos, treatment videos, testimonials, and skincare education (per clinic policy)
• Represent the brand consistently in tone, appearance, and client communication
• Participate in open houses, pop-ups, community events, and brand collaborations
• Encourage reviews, referrals, and client engagement
