This role supports a large-scale Dynamics 365 Finance rollout while helping transition from implementation partners to an in-house, high-performing team. How You Will Make An Impact:
- Lead design, configuration, and support of Dynamics 365 Finance solutions across core modules
- Translate finance and accounting requirements into scalable system configurations
- Partner directly with Finance stakeholders to define solutions and manage expectations
- Support ERP go-live and transition into post-implementation sustainment
- Contribute to integrations, data flows, and system enhancements
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and ongoing system optimization
- Collaborate with implementation partners while building internal capability
- Support automation and reporting using Microsoft tools (Power Platform)
Are you a proven Dynamics 365 Finance expert who can bridge finance and technology?
- 5+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience (recent)
- Strong experience across core finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Financial Close, etc.)
- Ability to translate finance concepts into technical solutions
- Exposure to technical components such as:
- X++ customization concepts
- Azure environments
- ALM / DevOps processes
- Experience working with Finance stakeholders in high-expectation environments
- Strong communication skills with ability to push back and guide discussions
- Experience in ERP implementations or large-scale system rollouts
- Willingness to transition from consulting-style work to a long-term internal role
