\n 💰 Salary: **$100,000 – $140,000/year**

\n ### Position Highlights:
\n ✅ Full-Time Permanent Leadership Role
\n ✅ Acute Care Hospital Facilities Experience Required
\n ✅ Minimum **5 Years of Leadership/Management Experience** Required
\n ✅ Experience Managing Plant Operations, Maintenance, EVS & Grounds Operations
\n ✅ Oversight of Approximately 45 FTEs
\n ✅ Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance Available
\n ✅ Annual Performance Bonus Eligible
\n ### Qualifications:
\n ✅ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or Related Field Preferred
\n ✅ Strong Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry & Boiler Systems
\n ✅ Experience with Life Safety Codes, Environmental Services & Hospital Operations
\n ✅ Knowledge of NFPA, OSHA, EPA, CMS and Building Code Compliance
\n ✅ Proven Leadership, Budgeting, and Operational Management Experience
\n ### Key Responsibilities:
\n 🔹 Lead Plant Operations, Maintenance, Environmental Services, and Grounds Departments
\n 🔹 Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and operational performance
\n 🔹 Ensure preventive maintenance and reliability of critical facility systems
\n 🔹 Oversee utility systems supporting patient care and hospital operations
\n 🔹 Maintain compliance with NFPA, OSHA, EPA, CMS, and local regulations
\n 🔹 Manage vendor and contractor relationships
\n 🔹 Drive operational excellence, safety initiatives, and customer satisfaction
\n 🔹 Partner with hospital leadership to support organizational goals and facility growth
