Job Summary:
Flueid is hiring a SoftPro Select Application Specialist. Many of our customers are high-volume, nationally producing title companies who partner with Flueid to configure, maintain, and optimize their SoftPro Select environments using our custom-built tools and integrations.
In this role, you will provide product support, configure workflows, create documents, deliver hands-on training, and contribute to internal knowledge resources. By working closely with product, QA, and customer success, you'll play a key role in refining the platform and improving user outcomes.
The ideal candidate has practical experience in title production, a strong understanding of operational workflows, and the ability to configure and communicate software solutions clearly. You should be detail-oriented and user-focused.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Software Support (40%)
- Address SoftPro Select inquiries and troubleshoot to identify and resolve user-reported issues.
- Support Flueid's custom-built tools and automations integrated with SoftPro Select.
- Document all tickets in Zendesk clearly, accurately, and with sufficient detail for team handoff or future reference.
- Partner with internal teams to escalate and resolve system-level problems.
- Document recurring issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions to build internal knowledge and reduce future escalation.
Software Configuration (40%)
- Design and configure SoftPro Select templates using conditional logic and formula-based field customization.
- Scope, design, and configure custom workflows that align with real-world title and escrow processes, streamlining tasks and reducing user friction.
- Build and refine automation workflows using SoftPro's built-in tools and scripting capabilities.
- Create and maintain custom ReadyDocs, ReadyBlocs, and ReadyDoc Trees to meet the needs of title and escrow teams.
Software Training (10%)
- Deliver tailored training sessions for users at all technical skill levels.
- Translate complex system functionality into clear, actionable instruction that maps to day-to-day tasks.
- Lead live webinars aligned to client-specific workflows and recent software updates.
- Create and maintain training guides, documentation, and self-help resources to foster user autonomy.
Continuing Education & Product Knowledge (5%)
- Maintain deep working knowledge of SoftPro Select features, updates, and configuration capabilities.
- Stay current on changes to the platform and related tools to ensure accurate support, training, and configuration.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, including internal training sessions, vendor-led learning, and peer knowledge-sharing.
- Serve as a resource for internal teams and clients by translating new product features into real-world value.
Cross-Team Collaboration (5%)
- Collaborate with product, QA, and customer success teams to translate user feedback into actionable improvements.
- Share configuration insights and user behavior trends to inform product planning and quality assurance efforts.
- Identify, document, and escalate bugs or inefficiencies with thorough context and reproducibility.
Additional Duties
- Step into new tasks or cross-functional projects as needed to support growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.
Requirements:
Required Skills/Requirements:
Core Experience
- 1-2 years of experience with title production software, with at least 1 year specifically using SoftPro Select.
- Hands-on experience configuring or implementing SoftPro Select, including template maintenance, automation workflows, and formula creation.
- Familiarity with SPAdmin tools, including user permissions, settings adjustments, and configuration troubleshooting.
- Background in title, escrow, or legal operations (e.g., title officer, escrow assistant, paralegal, etc.).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or degree preferred.
Technical Proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to prioritize and resolve issues independently.
- Ability to interpret and write formulas and code snippets within SoftPro Select is preferred.
- Proven ability to learn new software applications quickly and efficiently.
Communication & Organization
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and within a collaborative team.
Work Schedule & Environment
- Core hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Mountain Time or Pacific Time (Pacific Time preferred).
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced software-driven environment.

- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the telephone, in video conferencing and in person.
