As a vital member of our 10–12-person service department, you will troubleshoot client issues both remotely and on-site, as assigned by the Dispatcher. Your role involves efficiently restoring clients' functionality while upholding excellent customer service standards. We're looking for a versatile tech enthusiast who thrives in teamwork and seeks continuous learning opportunities.
About You

Experience: Minimum 1 year in an MSP or corporate IT environment.

Skills: Proficient in IT areas such as PCs, laptops, servers, routers, Microsoft Server Operating Systems, Microsoft Workstation Operating Systems (Windows 7 to Windows 11), Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Adobe software (Tech Support), hardware, software, and devices for layers 1, 2, and 3. Experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 is a plus.

Location: Must be near Lockport, IL, to work from our office.

- 2 Field Techs
- 4 L1 Techs
- 4 L2 Techs
- 1 Escalation Tech
- 1 Dispatcher/Coordinator
Responsibilities
Your contributions will include:

Salary: $60K-$70K.
