A hospital in Hancock, MI is seeking a senior-level OB Director (RN) to lead its obstetrics department. This is an on-site, in-person leadership role requiring an active Michigan RN license and hands-on experience in Labor and Delivery. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
The role. The OB Director provides clinical and operational leadership for the obstetrics unit, overseeing Labor and Delivery services and ensuring quality patient care standards are met. This position combines direct nursing expertise with departmental management responsibilities, guiding staff and supporting day-to-day unit operations.
What we're looking for.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Michigan RN license
- Labor and Delivery experience
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Preferred: 4 years of Labor and Delivery experience
- Preferred: 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare
- Preferred: NRP, AWHONN-EFM, AWHONN-POEP, and STABLE certifications
Compensation. $101,172 - $136,594 per year
