Job Description
As a Certified Nursing Assistant at The Madison Health and Rehab, you will support a mixed resident population through compassionate, attentive care. Working with the charge nurse and unit manager, you will serve on a rotating unit assignment while promoting resident comfort, safety, dignity, and well-being.
 
Base rate is $15.50 per hour + a $2.00 shift differential for the 3-11 shift and 11-7 shift

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide resident care across a mixed resident population.</li>
<li>Monitor and record vital signs.</li>
<li>Assist residents with mobility and personal hygiene.</li>
<li>Provide meal assistance and toileting support.</li>
<li>Complete accurate care documentation.</li>
<li>Monitor resident safety and respond promptly to call requests.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the care team, charge nurse, and unit manager.</li>
