An Insurance Consulting Company is seeking a Project Coordinator for their Client Services to join it's team.
Duties include:
- Project Coordinating with clients on Auditing needs which is scheduling, reviewing, sending, contract review, and creating follow up plans for programs.
- Creating and managing wires which involves document review, attention to detail, and document sign offs.
- Logging claims paid and working with Accounting to ensure paid claims are booked.
- Teams calls frequently with clients, from time to time preparing PowerPoint presentations for those calls.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of business experience
- Coordination between clients and team preferably in Financial Services, Public Accounting, Consulting, or Insurance.
- Bachelors degree is required
