Essential Job Responsibilities:

· &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare foods &nbsp;assigned by the Cook or Food Service Director, using &nbsp;daily menus.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist in preparing foods &nbsp;for special events.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain a clean, orderly and safe kitchen &nbsp;environment.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Store food properly for infection &nbsp;control.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Participate in serving food.
·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Clean tables during and after meals.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Reset tables for the next meal.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare beverages before meals.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Clean&nbsp; equipment, appliances, floors, drains, storage area,
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Refrigerator, freezer &nbsp;and sinks according to schedule.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Sweep clean and &nbsp;mop &nbsp;kitchen &nbsp;after each meal.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Stack, soak and run dish machine.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Soak and clean pots and pans.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Put away clean dishes, pots and &nbsp;pans.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Work with &nbsp;resident volunteers in the dining room.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Carry out other &nbsp;duties as assigned by Management Team
