Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys and office staff
  • Perform filing, scanning, and document organization (physical and digital)
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Maintain accurate case files and records
  • Assist with scheduling, client communication, and general office coordination
  • Communicate professionally with clients, medical offices, and third parties
  • Handle basic data entry and correspondence
  • Support the team with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in law or legal administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent alphabetical filing (ABC) skills
  • Ability to understand and work with basic medical terminology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
