Summer Camp Counselor – Flexible Hours | $17/hr

Job Type: Seasonal, Part-Time
Pay Rate: $17/hour

Whether you're a college student, future educator, or simply enjoy working with children, this is a great opportunity to build experience while having a fun and meaningful summer.
Program Options and Important Dates
Summer Orientation (Required First Day):
June 22, 2026
Camp EDGE
Dates: June 29 – August 22, 2026
Schedule: Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:30 PM
Flexible shifts available
STEAM Camp
Dates: July 6 – July 30, 2026
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Average 20 hours per week
You may participate in one or both programs depending on your availability and staffing needs
What You'll Do
- Lead or assist with engaging, safe, and age-appropriate activities
- Create a welcoming and inclusive camp environment
- Support group management, transitions, and positive behavior
- Encourage creativity, teamwork, and learning through play
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with children (paid or volunteer) preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from camp locations
- Positive attitude, energy, and strong teamwork skills
