Job Location: Onsite in Commerce, CA
Shift: 1st shift
Job Salary: $35 - $48/hr + OT
Requirements: 5+ years of industrial maintenance focused on automated food processing equipment
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our high-speed food processing equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role requires expertise in industrial electrical wiring, mechanical troubleshooting, and various maintenance practices to uphold our operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on high-speed food processing equipment.
- Conduct mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical wiring and PLC systems.
- Implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical wiring and PLCs.
- Experience with high-speed food processing equipment.
- Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
- Familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Experience in preventative and predictive maintenance practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
