American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR Nurse Manager with an active OH or compact RN license and a minimum of 3 years of perioperative leadership experience.

- Hospital-based Operating Room setting overseeing multiple surgical specialties
- Surgical specialties include Urology, ENT, Vascular, OB/GYN, Cardiothoracic, General Surgery, and Acute Care Surgery
- Day shift schedule, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- No holiday coverage required

Requirements\n

- Active OH or compact RN license required
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Minimum 3 years of nursing management or leadership experience required
- Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience required

- Oversee daily operations of the OR including staff management and patient care oversight
- Ensure quality outcomes through collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Strong perioperative leadership experience and excellent communication skills required
