Continuous Improvement Leader | Kentwood, MI
Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of Lean methodologies across manufacturing operations.
- Lead and facilitate Kaizen events to identify and eliminate waste.
- Mentor and train employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles and tools.
- Analyze manufacturing processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and sustainment of improvements.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and operational excellence.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive significant operational improvements and cost savings.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
