Key Qualifications
- Active Virginia Bar license or eligible for waiver into Virginia
- 2–5 years of employment law experience
- Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
- Experience preparing EEOC position statements and responses
- Comfortable taking and defending depositions
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
