If you’re a Legal Secretary with at least three years of experience who is capable of handling a diverse case load in a deadline driven environment and would love to support "great to work with attorneys", then we need to talk TODAY! - 3+ years of legal secretary experience, preferably in a defense practice area
- Strong software skills
- Experience with Coyote (or similar) billing software
- Outstanding understanding of legal practices, procedures, terminology, and documents
- Exemplary attention to detail
- Have a dynamic personality who can work in an environment that is constantly moving and changing based upon client needs
