Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients; answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage daily correspondence and maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and paper files)
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining conference room calendars, and supporting general office operations
  • Ensure timely processing and archiving of documents, records, and sensitive information
  • Assist team members with clerical tasks as needed


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, front desk, or filing clerk role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
