Your Role as a Real Estate Agent
- Stay connected with clients and build relationships that lead to sales.
- Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and show them the right homes.
- Host open houses and promote listings to generate interest.
- Manage deals from beginning to end to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Find and connect with new clients to grow your business.
- Know your market well and be ready to answer questions about homes, pricing, and options.
What You’ll Need
- Sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Comfort using technology in your daily work.
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Drive to succeed and stay focused.
- Good time management and organization.
- An active real estate license is required.
