Position Overview:
Nation Security is seeking a reliable, professional, and bilingual Security Officer to protect client properties, enforce regulations, and ensure a safe environment. This position requires effective communication in both English and Spanish to interact with a diverse range of clients, residents, and the public.
Key Responsibilities:

Patrol assigned areas on foot or by Golf cart

Monitor surveillance systems and access control points

Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents

Prepare detailed incident and daily activity reports

Communicate effectively with property managers, law enforcement, and team members

Enforce rules, regulations, and property policies

Provide assistance and customer service in both English and Spanish

Deter suspicious activity through high-visibility presence

Conduct routine inspections of doors, windows, and gates
Requirements:

Valid Class D Security License (State of Florida)

Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing)

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior security or customer service experience preferred

Must be punctual, dependable, and professional

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods

Clean criminal background and authorized to work in the U.S.

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Schedule:
Full-time and part-time shifts available (day, night, weekends, holidays)
