Job DescriptionThe Polishing Pad is a high-volume, family-owned collision repair shop on Staten Island with a reputation for quality work and a team that takes real pride in what they do. We're growing and need an experienced Auto Body Technician to join us full-time — immediately. What you'll be doing: 
<ul>
<li>Structural and non-structural body repair (light to medium duty)</li>
<li>Disassembly &amp; reassembly</li>
<li>Plastic repair</li>
<li>Working alongside a tight-knit team on a steady flow of insurance and private jobs</li>
</ul>
What we're looking for: 
<ul>
<li>Experience is required — we're a production shop and need someone who can hit the ground running</li>
<li>I-CAR certification a plus but not required</li>
<li>Someone who takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of a shop that does too</li>
</ul>
