Pharmetika is a startup in the pharmacy software space.
We are looking for a support engineer to support our application and collaborate with our development team.
The correct person will have an interest in becoming a software developer or IT operations be able to perform some initial troubleshooting and then lay the groundwork for the development team to review further when escalating issues. It is important to be able to adapt
We are looking for someone that can grow with our products for years to come.

You’ll be a good fit if you:
- Are self-disciplined and have a great work ethic
- Like to experiment with new technology
- Can communicate well with clients (e.g. when there is a problem)
- Are able to have a flexible schedule if a situation arises
- Would like to become a full-stack engineer (UI/UX, backend, etc.)
- Have at least 4 years of development experience (requirement)
- MUST BE LOCAL - this is an onsite position and interviews are in-person only
Additional consideration for:
- Postgres or MySQL (to investigate issues and help plan enhancements)
- Know your way around a linux/UNIX system
- Experience supporting/developing a web-based application
- Javascript/ES6/7/+
Additional Experience (not required):
- working on a Mac
