Rotomold Operator
Pay: $19-$21
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5:00am-3:00pm
We are seeking a Rotomold Operator to operate rotational molding machines used to produce plastic tanks and molded components. This role is responsible for machine setup, quality checks, troubleshooting, and finishing molded parts.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor rotomolding machines (start-up, shutdown, temperature adjustments)
- Load powder, remove finished parts, and perform trimming and finishing tasks
- Use routers, drills, and trim tools to cut and finish molded parts according to specifications
- Inspect parts to ensure quality and dimensional standards are met
- Troubleshoot molding issues and assist with mold maintenance and changeovers
- Maintain production counts and keep work areas clean and organized
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of rotational or injection molding experience preferred
- Experience using routers, drills, and trimming tools
