Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Merchandiser:
- Large scale rearrangement of a store's products by stocking or restocking a product according to a new schematic
- Tearing down and rebuilding whole sections of the store
- Reset activities include but limited to: removing items from shelf, moving shelves, building fixtures, reorganizing the products according to the schematic provided, replacing shelf tags, filling in new products
- Must be able to follow a planogram or diagram of new shelf or display
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for a long period of time, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb or balance
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and reset counterparts
- Ability to implement retail schematics and merchandising materials as assigned
Available shifts:
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Work flexible hours which include early mornings (i.e. 2:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. start times), evenings, and/or weekends.
Job requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Bachelor's Degree and or equivalent related experience such as
- Merchandiser/Route Sales Experience
- Restaurant/Bartending/Hospitality Skills
- Valid Driver's License and Valid Auto Insurance
- Must be able to drive to accounts throughout Northern California
- Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of state car registration and insurance, and an acceptable driving record
- Must be able to drive to accounts throughout Northern California. Mostly in North Bay area (Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Marin, etc)
- Lift and carry a 45+ pound case of product on a repetitive basis
- Background check and drug screening required
- Wine/Industry Knowledge to include basic understanding of distribution, wine varietals, and leading spirit categories
