Are you someone who speaks the language of flowers? We are looking for a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Florist to join our boutique shop. Whether it’s a "just because" bouquet or a full-scale event, we pride ourselves on making every arrangement a work of art.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Artistic Design: Crafting stunning bouquets, centerpieces, and floral installations for daily orders, weddings, and special events.
- Flower Care: Processing new shipments—stripping, cutting, and hydrating stems to ensure maximum freshness.
- Customer Connection: Consulting with clients to understand their vision, offering expert advice on seasonal blooms and color palettes.
- Shop Upkeep: Maintaining a clean, organized, and inspiring workspace and showroom.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels of flowers, greens, and hard goods (vases, ribbons, foam).
What We’re Looking For
- The "Green Thumb" Factor: Proven experience in floral design (portfolio preferred) and a deep knowledge of flower varieties.
- Creative Flair: A strong eye for color, texture, and composition.
- Customer First: A friendly, patient, and helpful attitude—even during the "Valentine’s Day Rush."
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift buckets of water or floral crates (approx. 20–30 lbs).
- Reliability: Punctuality is key, especially during peak floral seasons and early morning event setups.
