Location: Monrovia, CA

Salary and Benefits: $30-$40 per hour, with the possibility of converting to a permanent position at a later time.

Job Details: Contract, Full-time, Onsite

LHH is working with a national law firm seeking a highly skilled Legal Administrative Assistant to support a busy litigation team as case activity rapidly increases. This position is ideal for someone who is technologically savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume litigation environment.

Job Duties

  • High-volume state court e-filing using File & ServeXpress
  • Reviewing and processing large quantities of incoming document productions
  • Verifying entity names and ensuring all filing details are accurate
  • Adding required signatures and submitting filings through ServeXpress
  • Assisting with discovery-related tasks as cases move quickly through the courts
  • Supporting attorneys with document management and litigation workflow
  • Maintaining organized and up-to-date case-related documentation

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a legal administrative assistant, legal secretary, or litigation support professional
  • File & ServeXpress experience required
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort with litigation filing systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing legal documents
  • Ability to manage fast-paced workloads and shifting priorities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
